Marc-André LeBlanc is a Senior Programs Consultant at the Public Health Agency of Canada and also a self-employed consultant in health policy analysis, advocacy, capacity building and research literacy, and community mobilization. LeBlanc works with a range of national and international non-governmental organizations and Canadian government departments on a broad range of health-related initiatives. However, in the last years he has focused on key topics related to sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections.
