Kathy MacLeod is a Home and Community Care Nurse Manager for the Southeast Resource Development Council in Winnipeg which develops, plans, and implements the Home & Community Care Programs for Little Grand Rapids and Pauingassi First Nations. In this role, Kathy oversees the management and technical infrastructure of these programs by hiring nurses and health care aides to run the program effectively in the communities while maintaining the budgetary requirements of these programs. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Nursing Degree and a Diploma in Nursing. Throughout her career, she has worked in various positions in the health field in many Aboriginal communities and organizations. Kathy also volunteers in various Aboriginal health programs.
