Carlos Quiñonez, DMD, MSc, PhD, FRCD(C)
Dr. Carlos Quiñonez is an associate professor and director of the specialty-training program of dental public health at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto. He has worked as a clinician in both public and private sectors, and is a recognized leader in dental care policy in Canada and internationally. His main focus is on applied policy research, with an emphasis on equity and the history, politics and economics of dentistry. Dr. Quiñonez was also the past president of Canadian Association of Public Health Dentistry. He holds positions across number of university department and institutes.
