The webinar presentation, COVID-19 Vaccines Planning for Immunization Clinics, and the live Q&A event are for allied, new and returning Health Care Providers (HCPs) who will be planning for, and working in, COVID-19 vaccine immunization clinics.
The webinar presentation on planning and running a COVID-19 vaccine clinic includes:
- Reviewing the approach to planning for immunization clinics including key planning parameters, required supplies, staffing, training and site selection
- Informing on infection prevention and control strategies and preparation for medical emergencies
- Outlining the importance of communication, collaboration and ongoing feedback to support running successful immunization clinics

Presenter biography
Bryna Warshawsky is a Medical Advisor at the Public Health Agency of Canada working on the COVID-19 vaccine roll-out response. She is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Western University and a past Chair of the National Advisory Committee on Immunization. She has worked as the Associate Medical Officer of Health for the Middlesex-London Health Unit and as a Public Health Physician at Public Health Ontario.
